Before tournament start:
All teams must be registered before they can start the tournament.
At the venue, each team will create a team photo card with team number, level, which row they are participating from and a team name. (Team photo is taken by the event management, so the whole team must show up at registration).
The tournament structure:
All matches are arranged by the teams on their own. However, the courts will be assigned by the event management.
Two white boards, one with the heading "Will be challenged" and one with the heading “We are chilling” will be set up at the tournament management tent. The team card is placed on the “Will be challenged" board when you want to play and on the “We are chilling” when you want to take a break.
When two teams agree to play a match, the team cards are taken from the metal plate and handed over to the tournament management. The event management fills out a match formular, finds a vacant court and hands out match formular to the teams.
When the match is over, the match formular and game ball are returned to the tournament management, after which the team cards are handed out again so that they can be placed back on the white boards.
It is possible to challenge teams from another row. The teams decide sovereignly whether they want to take on a challenge.
The Match is played by one game to 21 (win by 2 points).
